ACLS Providers Class - Initial 

Initial Class $245  /  $200 for Affiliates 

The ACLS course has changed immensely.

1. All videos are now viewed online, before your class. 03:00 hrs)
2. A preassessment review of the prerequisite knowledge presented online, will help remind you of what you forgot. (1 hr)
3. The exam is done on the AHA website after the ACLS Classroom and a thorough review of the Preassessment. (1 hr)

The ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. This advanced course highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care, and immediate post-cardiac arrest care. ACLS also covers airway management and related pharmacology.

The ACLS course covers:

• ACLS algorithms
• immediate post-cardiac-arrest care
• airway management
• rhythm recognition
• high-quality CPR
• 1-rescuer CPR AED
• effective resuscitation team dynamics
  • • science overview (update course)
    • BLS and ACLS surveys
    • ACS
    • Megacode treatment
    • identification and initial care of other life-threatening clinical situations (such as stroke).
